6 Motivational Quotes by Gary Vaynerchuk
An article posted by Jeremy
Gary Vay-ner-chuk is one of my favorite entrepreneurs and social media engagers. Why? because of how real he is; he doesn’t sugar coat anything…and I do mean anything.
He has mastered the art of the hustle and is an advocate of ridiculous work ethic, but more importantly, he’s a genuine person that cares.
Here are 6 motivational quotes from the man himself that will light a fire inside of you.
1. There’s no reason in 2012, to do shit you hate. NONE. You can lose just as much money being happy as hell.
2. You didn’t grow up driving…you figured it out.
3. Look yourself in the mirror and ask yourself, what do I want to do everyday for the rest of my life…do that.
4. Stop crying…keep hustling.
5. We only get to play this game one time…one life.
6. A penguin cannot become a giraffe, so just be the best penguin you can be.
Here’s a video of Gary in action:

I'd heard of Gary and even seen his name around the web but didn't know he was putting it down like this!!! He sounds like my type of dude for real :-)
Thanks for sharing! Now I have to go check him out more!

uncommonchick Ya, he's one of my favorite entrepreneurs. Tells it like it is and doesn't care what people think of him. That's a great quality to have! Check out his site too Kesha - garyvaynerchuk.com
Man! Jeremy Brown You picked 6 of his best ones, too! I like Gary because not only does he keep it real, but he also dishes out a heavy dose of tough love. I imagine if he has kids, they are definitely not whiners! I can so hear him telling them, "Quite your whining, pick yourself up, and crawl, #@&$!!!" :D Sometimes though, that's the very thing we need. And then there are times when we just have to grab our own collar and tell ourselves to get it done. Thanks for Rocking out this post, my friend. Another one well done! ;)
Deeone Higgs Hey Dee, he does have kids and honestly I wouldn't be surprised if he says that haha! You make a great point about grabbing our own collars. It's not an easy thing to do, but if you manage to shake yourself up a bit, that definitely pays off in the end. Those who fall are the ones that can't self motivate themselves and those who rise up are the ones that have "it" in their hearts.
You my friend, have "it". Appreciate you dropping by, Stay motivated!
I love that quote #6! "A penguin cannot become a giraffe, so just be the best penguin you can be." That is so very true! Only you were created to be the very best you that you can be! No one else can be you, and you can't be anyone else...so make the best of it!
burlw Absolutely Burl! We all have our own uniqueness that no one can ever match. It's super important to grasp that; It's up to you to use that to your advantage personally and professionally. In a world where many tend to blend and accept that, it's important to let what makes you unique shine if you stand a chance at being that bright star in a sea of darkness.
Appreciate you stopping by and leaving your thoughts Burl!
Stay motivated!
Thanks for sharing these, Jeremy. Gary is the epitome of an Entrepreneur of business and life. When you grok his quotes you grok the ultimate understanding of yourself: We are marvelously made and destined to win at whatever we set our minds to, and worthy of all that is good and beautiful!
MindAdventure Thanks for stopping by Rob. Gary definitely is the epitome of a self made entrepreneur. Literally he started from scratch. That just goes to show you that you don't have to have a Harvard Degree or investments from VC's to create a successful business. All you need is your heart and the right mindset to accomplish your aspirations. Like you said, we are destined to win if we set our minds to it.
Appreciate the comment Rob!
